Buyer's Notice

1. The default system shipping fee is provided when the goods are not overweight or bulky. Extra charges will be applied based on the weight or volume of the excess weight.

The fees are charged according to the standards of the express delivery company. If you need logistics or cash on delivery, please contact customer service to explain.

2. The purchase time is subject to the buyer's payment time. Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 6 p.m. every day will be dispatched on the same day. In case of any special circumstances, we will contact the buyer in a timely manner. You can also consult our customer service when making a purchase.

3. When signing for the package, please be sure to open it in front of the Courier to check if the goods are damaged and verify if the quantity is correct. If you find any problems, please refuse to sign. Once signed for, it is regarded as a commodity and recognized.

4. Regarding returns and exchanges, if you have any questions or issues due to other subjective reasons, please contact our customer service staff immediately. After we receive the returned or exchanged items and verify them without error, we can handle the return or exchange for you as long as it does not affect the secondary sale
