I. Product Quotation

Our factory has quoted the most favorable factory price. There is not much profit and we do not accept bargaining. We appreciate your understanding! Generally, the prices on Alibaba's website are the main reference. All quotations are factory prices and do not include shipping fees or any other charges. All payments are settled in RMB (unit: yuan).
2. As the prices of toy materials may rise at any time, please inquire about the price with the Wangwang customer service before placing an order.
Ii. Regarding color difference
Due to the influence of many factors such as weather and light during shooting, and even the difference in display resolution, there will be a certain degree of color difference, which is inevitable and does not constitute a quality issue. All of our products are photographed in real life, and we will do our best to provide you with a comprehensive picture display.
Iii. Freight issues
If the purchase quantity is small, it can be sent by express delivery. If the quantity is large, it can be sent by logistics. The cost of express delivery or logistics is borne by the buyer, and the seller does not bear any cost. (Note: We can only estimate the shipping cost for the buyer. The actual shipping cost is subject to the amount at the time of pick-up. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot accurately predict the arrival time at the freight station. Iv. Instructions for Receipt
For buyers who choose logistics, please carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics company's staff when picking them up. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of opening, please open the package on the spot, count and check. If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the problem and compensate. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods for now. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as accepted without objection.
For buyers who send parcels by express delivery, please sign on the spot after checking that there are no errors when signing for the package. Please, especially when the outer packaging is damaged, be sure to check for any missing items or product damage before signing for the package. If you find that the quantity does not match or the goods are damaged, please sign for the package temporarily, seal it as it is, and contact us in front of the Courier. We will then contact the Courier company and solve the problem. If the quantity is inaccurate after signing for the package, we reserve the right not to accept it. Please pay attention.
V. Regarding Shipment
Our factory mainly focuses on foreign trade exports. The sales of toy products are too fast and there are often product shortages. Especially during the peak season of online sales, the sales of toys increase. Therefore, it is not ruled out that some orders may be out of stock. Thus, it is normal for the delivery period to be two to three days. We will try our best to arrange for early delivery. For those in stock, we will try to ship them on the same day. For those out of stock, we will replenish them within three days. We apologize for any inconvenience. Solution to out-of-stock issues: Firstly, we will contact the consignee, inform them of the reason for the shortage, and obtain their consent to change the style or color, etc.
Vi. After-sales Service
If you find any quality issues with our products after signing for them, please contact our customer service within 12 hours from the date of receipt and provide photos and videos. We reserve the right not to handle the issue after the deadline.
In principle, we do not accept returns. For products with quality issues at the factory, exchanges can be negotiated. (Most problems can be solved by replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement position, or connecting the wire ends...) We can solve the problem in a simple way. If you sell toys, you need to know how to repair them. However, the transportation cost incurred must be borne by the buyer. For the exchanged products, it is essential to ensure that they do not affect the second sale. After receiving the returned products, we will send them together with the customer's next purchase. We cannot accept the situation where they are sent together with the next shipment. The shipping cost is to be borne by the customer! Please inform our Wangwang customer service before returning it!!
2. Due to the particularity of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company are not subject to the "three guarantees" policy. If any problems arise after use, our company will not bear any responsibility. If it is within our capacity, we will help solve these problems, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer. Special products shall be handled in accordance with the relevant agreements reached between our customer service staff and the customers.
3. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, incomplete product accessories or related information, unauthorized repair or modification, not used or stored in the normal way, and goods beyond the after-sales service period.
Vii. Exemption Clauses
All the products we sell are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure their quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97% to 98% of the products have no quality issues upon arrival, while 2% to 3% are within the scope of exemption.

Transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for returns.
3. Our toys are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers, upon receiving the goods, find that the workmanship is a bit rough and flawed, and the materials are not good
