Taking the 3 * series as an example, the widths seen on the market such as 2.5mm, 2.2mm, 2.0mm, and 1.8mm are all included in the 3 * series. For example, the non-standard ones with an actual width of 1.8MM and a length of 100MM can be called 3*100, and the national standard ones with an actual width of 2.5MM and a length of 100mm can also be called 3*100. This leads to different material usage, resulting in a wide variety of sales prices. As mentioned earlier, the corresponding tensile strength values will also vary greatly and decline accordingly. This is something that needs to be noted and considered in actual purchasing. The choice of length depends on the diameter or circumference of the object to be bound to match. When a certain force is applied, whether the tie breaks, has reverse teeth, or cracks at the head, the breakage method is always above the nominal tensile force. As for some users feeling that the quality of the cable ties is poor, it is also partly related to the selected specification. It cannot be stubbornly assumed that the quality of the cable ties is poor, because the standard tensile force of a product of a certain specification has a lower limit. When the force required for the usage state exceeds the standard by a large margin, it cannot be guaranteed. The only option is to replace it with a product of a higher tensile strength specification. Of course, the cost will increase, but there is no way around it.
