Due to the low added value and low production cost of this product, it is impossible for every appearance to be perfect! Our factory has a daily output of 100,000. There are only a few surface defects. The profit margin of this product is very low. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please bear the round-trip shipping costs yourself! This product does not offer a seven-day no-reason return policy! Customers who are particular about the appearance are advised to place orders with caution! To avoid unnecessary disputes!
Shipping Instructions
Because these toys are very large in size (for dumping), less than 360 pieces will be sent by default by express delivery! For more than 360 other regions, all items will be sent to the logistics consignment department (self-pickup) unless requested by the customer. The logistics fee can be paid on delivery or in cash. Due to the well-developed logistics system in Yiwu, the cost of self-pickup for logistics is half that of express delivery. For more than 360 express deliveries, the cost is relatively high! It is recommended to send logistics for more than 360 items. Yiwu logistics basically covers all parts of the country! The specific logistics cost is calculated based on the volume of the goods. The raw material of this product is solid polyurethane (PU, also known as foam sponge). It meets the environmental protection standards of Europe and America!

Private customization
(1) Two processes can be adopted for customizing logos:
1. Pad printing (screen printing) : It belongs to secondary printing. The process is simple and the effect is average. The smaller the LOGO, the better the effect! Advantages: Low cost and fast delivery!
2. Plate Making (Color Printing) : All products in our store are independently made into plates, with excellent printing and color effects. You only need to provide the pattern file and size, and we can make plates! But the cost is too high!
(2) Customized patterns: If printing the customer's own pictures, a plate must be made!

Return issue
If there are any quality issues such as air leakage or damage, the seller will bear the shipping cost within 3 days of receiving the goods! For other situations such as overdue returns and exchanges that do not fall under quality issues, the buyer shall bear the shipping cost themselves!
2. All products in our store are low value-added products. Due to the large production volume, there may be some minor flaws in the spray painting, color printing and surface. Buyers who are perfectionists or care about the appearance are advised not to purchase. If you need to exchange the goods, the postage will be at your own expense! Our store has a meager profit margin and does not accept returns with appearance issues!
3. All of this product is photographed in real life. If the color or quality does not meet your expectations, or if there are any other issues that do not fall under quality problems, please bear the shipping cost if you need to return it! This product is hand-painted. There may be some issues with paint staining. Please be cautious when placing an order if you are a perfectionist or care about the appearance of the product! If you need to return the goods, the postage will be at your own expense!
