Return and exchange issues

Due to the huge production volume, there may be some minor flaws and dyeing issues on a few surfaces of the spray painting and color printing. Perfectionists and those who care about the appearance are advised not to purchase. If you need to exchange the goods, the postage will be at your own expense! Our store has a meager profit margin and does not accept returns other than those due to quality issues! This product does not offer a seven-day no-reason return policy! Customers who are particular about the appearance are advised to place orders with caution! To avoid unnecessary disputes!
For orders larger than 60, we will default to sending by logistics. If there are special requirements, we can also send by express delivery
Shipping Instructions
Since it is very expensive to send more than 60 such inflatable toys by express delivery (or have them delivered to your door), for all regions except Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui, unless requested by the customer, they will all be sent to the logistics consignment department (self-pickup). The logistics fee can be paid on delivery or in cash. Due to the well-developed logistics system in Yiwu, the cost of self-pickup by logistics is approximately half that of express delivery (a few jiao per kilogram in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai). It is recommended to send more than one item by logistics. Yiwu logistics basically covers all parts of the country! The specific logistics cost is calculated based on the weight of the goods. During the event period, for remote areas such as Xinjiang, Xizang, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Ningxia, Gansu and Hainan, if you place an order, please contact customer service to calculate the shipping fee.

Return issue
If there are any quality issues such as air leakage or damage, the seller will bear the shipping cost within 3 days of receiving the goods! For other situations such as overdue returns and exchanges that do not fall under quality issues, the buyer shall bear the shipping cost themselves!
