Altavista Terroir Selection Malbec Dry Red Wine
It presents a deep purple color, and its aroma evokes the scents of spices and fresh, ripe fruits. The taste is fresh, the tannins are smooth, and the aftertaste is long. The Malbec grapes used for this wine are selected from the best vineyards of the winery based on the characteristics of the harvest year. The wine-making process involves manual harvesting and screening of the best fruits, destemming them, and then aging them in concrete wine cellars. Wine-making begins with cold maceration and then alcoholic fermentation. The conclusion of this process is a long maceration at a temperature close to 28°C, allowing the wine to fully develop its potential, followed by a 12-month aging in French oak barrels.
