Q5: When will the goods be dispatched?
Regarding shipping: All express deliveries are collected uniformly at 6 p.m. Orders placed and paid for before 4 p.m. on the same day will be dispatched on the same day. (If there are too many products in the order, colleagues in the warehouse will be busy picking up the goods. Orders will be arranged based on actual work without further notice. Please understand.) Generally, orders placed after 4 p.m. will be dispatched the next day. For logistics orders, the quantity is usually large. Q7: What should I do if there are quality issues or flaws in the product?

It is impossible to inspect each one to see if there are any minor flaws. Possible problems include:

 

① Incorrect product shipment: The warehouse colleagues checked and proofread the order twice from receiving it to shipping. However, it's inevitable that the wrong products might still be dispatched from time to time. Dear customers, you can try selling them. The products on our Alibaba platform are generally selling well. If there is a price difference, please contact customer service for a refund.

 

② Product quality issues: Most problems can be solved by replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement position, or connecting the wire ends... To solve it in a simple way, you need to know how to repair toys when selling them. Some products can be repaired with spare parts. We will provide spare parts. ③ Damaged packaging, crushed by express logistics: We will adopt double-layer packaging by logistics, add cushioning materials, and stack tightly to prevent damage incidents. The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons. Please be sure to open the box for inspection in front of the logistics or express company!!
