The speaker cable is about 60 centimeters long. The connectors include one USB power supply and one 3.5mm audio input.

If used on a mobile phone, a power supply (5V) needs to be plugged into the USB power port to be used.

This product is a small gift speaker. Due to the price, there are two specifications of neutral speakers: edge speakers and paper speakers. All brand speakers are edge speakers!! Please make your selection before purchasing!

The sound quality is quite good for small speakers. It's a great choice for installation as a gift to clients or for use in company offices!

Warranty issues
If the product has quality issues (not caused by human damage), the buyer can accumulate them. Once the number of defective items reaches a certain level, they can be returned all at once for replacement. The replaced products can also be sent back together with the ordered goods when placing the next order.
2. If you send us the products that need to be returned for repair, please fill in the information correctly (detailing the name, address, phone number of the contact person and the problem with the product). We will return the products to you according to the contact address you provided.
3. We are not responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for product repairs. Customers need to pay for them themselves.
 
Return and exchange issues
Different products all have corresponding warranty periods (generally ranging from 3 months to 1 year). If quality problems occur during the warranty period and are not caused by human damage, they can be replaced (depending on the degree of damage to the product's appearance). The warranty period shall be subject to the validity period of the warranty label affixed to the product (Note: During the warranty period, please keep the warranty label clear, intact and free from human damage).
2. For customers with unsold products, if they need to return or exchange the goods (the prerequisite for return or exchange is that the goods must be in good condition and show no signs of damage or wear), they should contact our staff within 15 days after receiving the goods for resolution and handling. Beyond the specified time, if the products have no quality issues, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Damages caused by human factors or damaged packaging are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Special circumstances can be negotiated.
4. The buyer has just received the product and found some problems (such as incorrect product model, missing accessories, etc.) Please contact us within 24 hours after signing for the goods. We can cover the round-trip shipping cost for the exchange.
5. For all product return and exchange services, the round-trip shipping costs are at the buyer's own expense. Our company refuses to accept delivery on delivery!
