Sample making: We accept the making of crystal handicrafts of various shapes. You can consult us first. We will inform you of the material, craftsmanship and application scope of the product and meet your requirements. You can also provide photos, concepts or design drawings (CDR format is preferred), and we will design for you and confirm.

A:1 In principle, we have no limit on the order quantity, but a very small number of products will lead to a higher price.

Under normal circumstances, we will charge a certain sample fee and the freight will be collected on delivery. (Generally, it takes 2 to 5 days for samples, excluding transportation time.)

3D laser products: 3D plate-making fee ranges from 200 to 600 RMB (depending on the size of the product), (the customer has the right to use the 3D pattern). If your order quantity is large, this fee will be refunded to you.

To reduce the cost of bulk goods, for some products, molds need to be made. We will charge an appropriate mold fee. It will also be returned to you based on the size of your order.
5. Sample Delivery: We will send the samples in the manner you require. The transportation cost of the samples will be borne by the purchaser.

6. Quality: The majority of crystal products are made by hand. Minor size differences should be acceptable to the buyers.

7. Transportation: We will transport the products to the designated warehouse or port as per your requirements. We guarantee the safety of the product packaging.

8. Payment method: Telegraphic transfer or bank transfer. After the sample fee and express delivery fee are received, production will commence.

C: 1. No matter how many company logos and characters there are, as long as they can fit, we will offer free engraving. The price for coloring each trophy will be determined based on the difficulty of your coloring. The normal color is 1 to 2 yuan per trophy.

For the purchase of 5 or fewer trophies, a charge of 10 yuan per trophy is required for the LOGO and text. Vector images need to be provided. AI or.CDR or. PSD, etc. The pixel count of image formats such as JPG and BMP must not be less than 500*500. Those who need to make handwritten signatures should use pens such as fountain pens or marker pens with relatively thick handwriting.

Please provide it to us in the form of a scanned or digital photo. The charge =LOGO.

The font size is determined by the typesetting staff. Regular fonts can be requested to be replaced. For special or odd fonts, please provide your own font installation package.

For advertising agencies, designers and other personnel who require self-typesetting, please pay attention to the following points

Font requirements: Fonts containing "Song" such as "Small Standard Song" and "Medium Song" cannot be engraved or sandblasted. (Except for Song Hei typeface or characters with a height of more than 15 millimeters).
After any font is curved and scattered, the minimum width or height of the grid shall not be less than 3mm.

It is best to use the.cDR format for the final draft file. The storage version can be coreldrw9.0, 12 or 14.

Vector files must be converted to curves and grouped. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any lost content.
