Trophy customizers need to know:

Sample making: We accept the making of crystal handicrafts of various shapes. You can consult us first. We will inform you of the material, craftsmanship and application scope of the product and meet your requirements. You can also provide photos, concepts or design drawings (CDR format is preferred), and we will design for you and confirm.

A:1 In principle, we have no limit on the order quantity, but a very small number of products will lead to a higher price.

Under normal circumstances, we will charge a certain sample fee and the freight will be collected on delivery. The general sample processing time is 2 to 15 days, excluding transportation time.

3D laser products: 3D plate-making fee ranges from 200 to 600 RMB (depending on the size of the product), (the customer has the right to use the 3D pattern). If your order quantity is large, this fee will be refunded to you.

To reduce the cost of bulk goods, for some products, molds need to be made. We will charge an appropriate mold fee. It will also be returned to you based on the size of your order.
5. Sample Delivery: We will send the samples in the manner you require. The transportation cost of the samples will be borne by the purchaser.

6. Quality: The majority of crystal products are made by hand. Minor size differences should be acceptable to the buyers.

7. Transportation: We will transport the products to the designated warehouse or port as per your requirements. We guarantee the safety of the product packaging.

8. Payment method: Telegraphic transfer or bank transfer. After the sample fee and express delivery fee are received, production will commence.

Customized Crystal Guide

Note that the characters and the LOGO are different. No matter how many characters there are, as long as they can fit, if you give me 100, I will engrave 100. Too many characters will make them very small.

2. For purchasing 5 or fewer trophies, a charge of 5 yuan per trophy is required, and vector images must be provided. AI or.CDR or. PSD, etc. The pixel count of image formats such as JPG and BMP must not be less than 500*500. If you need to make a signature, please write it on pure white and clean printing paper with an art pen, marker or other pen with a relatively thick pen. Provide it to us in the form of a scanned copy or digital photo. The charge =LOGO.
3. The font is determined by the typesetting staff. Regular fonts can be requested to be replaced. For special or strange fonts, please provide your own font installation package
4. Advertising agencies, designers and other personnel who require self-typesetting should pay attention to the following points:
4-1. Font requirements: Fonts containing "Song" such as "Small Standard Song" and "Medium Song" cannot be engraved.
4-2. After any font is curved and scattered, the minimum width or height of the grid shall not be less than 1mm.
4-3. All final documents must be in the.cDR format. The storage version is: coreldrw9.0
4-4. Files must be formatted and grouped. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any lost content.
4-5. The content in the layout must be in a single color - black. If you need to fill in the color, mark it separately with arrows.

5. The black trophy will be painted gold by default for free. An additional 5 yuan for each extra color will be charged as a labor fee.

The transparent trophy is not colored by default. If coloring is required, an additional 5 yuan for each color will be charged as a labor fee.
6. The trophy is hand-polished, and an error of ± 2 centimeters is considered normal.
It is recommended to purchase with caution (placing an order means accepting this clause).

The time concept for the trophies and MEDALS is accurate. Please inform us of the specific usage time of the event before customization so that we can arrange production. For those not specified, we usually ship them within 3 to 5 days. We shall not be held responsible for any delay in the event as a result.

8. Trophies, MEDALS and business gifts are custom-made products and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for quality issues.

9. In case of damage during logistics transportation, please handle it strictly in accordance with the agreement at the time of customization!
