Product Name: Mechanical Interlock Socket
Performance: Mechanical lock prevents misinsertion (the plug cannot be inserted when it is off)
Rated current: 16A, 32A
Rated voltage: 220V-250V
Hole positions: 5 holes, 3P+N+ ground
Waterproof rating: IP65
Conductor: Brass
Please note the following requirements when using the mechanical interlock socket with a switch:
Before the plug is inserted into the mechanical interlock socket, do not rotate the switch on the socket, otherwise it will damage the mechanical structure inside the socket and cause damage.
Only when the plug is inserted into the socket can the switch be rotated to connect or cut off the current.
3. When the plug is inserted into the mechanical interlock socket, if the switch is in the ON closed position, the plug cannot be pulled out. Only when the switch is in the OFF (current cut off) position can the plug be pulled out.
Before inserting the plug, do not rotate the switch; otherwise, it may cause damage to the plastic components. We shall not be held responsible for any mechanical structure problems caused by misoperation.
All industrial plugs, sockets, couplers, etc. are made of "PA66 "(i.e., nylon 66). PA66 refers to a modified nylon with added additives to increase the mechanical strength of plastics. It is by no means that low-end manufacturers use cheap raw materials such as PP and ABS.
Common specifications of industrial plugs and sockets
According to the IEC60309 standard (International Electrotechnical Organization standard) and the Chinese (GB standard), they are classified by current into 16A, 32A, 63A, and 125A.
2. According to the UI standard current specifications, they are 20A, 30A, 60A and 100A.
3. Compatibility among various specifications
The standard differences between product color and voltage
1. Blue indicates products with a voltage of 230V.
2. Red indicates products with a voltage of 400V.
3. Products that are all white indicate low-voltage products of 50V.
4. Purple products indicate low-voltage products of 20V
The marking and significance of the pole number of a product
1. 3P(2P+E) in English means 3 poles or Single Phase, which represents live wire + neutral wire + ground wire
2. 4P(3P+E) in English stands for 4Pole or 3Phase, indicating three live wires plus a ground wire
3. 5P (3P+N+E) in English represents 5 poles or 3 phases, indicating three live wires + neutral wires + ground wires
