Functions and Features

The fully automatic bag-feeding packaging machine is composed of two types of rotary bodies (namely the filling system and the vacuum system), and the vacuum system operates in a continuous rotary motion. The specifications of the packaging bags can be changed quickly. The width of the automatic bag feeding device can be adjusted automatically at one time. It complies with the hygiene standards of food processing machinery. The parts of the machine that come into contact with materials or packaging bags are processed with 304 stainless steel or other materials that meet food hygiene requirements, ensuring the hygiene and safety of food. It is easy to operate. It adopts a high-end electrical control system with a friendly human-machine interface and convenient operation. Bags without filling or sealing can be recycled, thus avoiding waste. The sealing temperature detection function will automatically alarm on the touch screen if the heating plate is damaged. The sealing method adopts instant heating and water cooling, thus achieving a smoother and more aesthetically pleasing seal. The vacuum chamber is carved and milled from aviation aluminum on a computerized machining center to ensure its sealing performance and durability
