Regarding returns: Once an order is placed, custom-made towels will not be processed for returns if there are no quality issues.
Delivery time: The goods will be dispatched according to the agreed time from the date of receiving the deposit from the customer. The specific time can be determined according to the production situation of the factory.
Deposit payment: For custom-made towels, a 30% deposit must be paid first, or the full payment can be made directly on Taobao or Alibaba. Once an order is placed, custom-made items will not be subject to return.
Minimum order quantity: More than 200 embroidered LOGO towels. For those with less than 1,000 items, the cost of embroidering the label should be determined based on the complexity of the words provided by the customer. There is no need to embroider labels. The minimum batch size is over 100 pieces.
Notes Due to the fact that during the towel production process, the actual quantity of towels cannot be exactly the same as the ordered quantity, with a general deviation of about 20 items (specifically depending on the order quantity), if the quantity is less after the towel production is completed, we will refund the remaining payment after the transaction is completed. If there is an excess, please ask the customer to place a new order before shipment. Because the profit margin of towels is very thin, we will try to minimize material loss; otherwise, the material loss will be too high. Thank you for your understanding!
After-sales service: If there are any quality issues with the product itself, our company will be responsible for replacement. The prices of all products do not include tax and do not cover freight. Freight is generally collected on delivery and picked up. As long as the logistics company can quote, it will quote. Performance characteristics of microfiber towels
The fineness of a fiber with a diameter of 0.4μm is only one-tenth that of real silk. High water absorption
The superfine fibers are divided into eight segments by the orange segment technology, which increases the surface area of the fibers and the number of pores in the fabric. The water absorption effect is enhanced by the capillary core suction effect. Rapid water absorption and quick drying have become its notable characteristics.
Strong decontamination power
The microfibers with a diameter of 0.4μm are only 1/10 the fineness of real silk. Their special cross-section can more effectively capture dust particles as small as a few micrometers, and the effect of removing dirt and oil is very obvious.
No hair removal
The high-strength synthetic filament is not easy to break. At the same time, the fine weaving method is adopted, which does not draw threads, does not come off loops, and the fibers are not easy to fall off the surface of the towel. It can be made into cleaning wipes and car cleaning wipes, which are particularly suitable for wiping bright paint surfaces, electroplated surfaces, glass, instruments and LCD screens, etc. During the car film application process, cleaning the glass can achieve a very ideal film application effect
Long service life
Due to the high strength and toughness of microfibers, their service life is more than four times that of ordinary towels. They remain unchanged even after multiple washes. Meanwhile, high-molecular polymer fibers do not undergo protein hydrolysis like cotton fibers. Even if they are not dried after use, they will not mold or rot, thus having an extremely long lifespan.
Easy to clean
When using ordinary towels, especially natural fiber towels, dust, grease, dirt and other substances on the surface of the object being wiped are directly absorbed into the fibers. After use, they remain in the fibers and are difficult to remove. After being used for a long time, they may even become hard and lose elasticity, affecting their use. Microfiber towels adsorb dirt between the fibers (rather than inside the fibers). Coupled with their high fineness and density, they have strong adsorption capacity.
