Slight scratches and paint peeling on toys are normal and do not constitute quality issues. The buyer of the returned goods bears the round-trip shipping cost. For issues such as quality damage, wholesale orders must be returned when the cumulative weight reaches 10KG. If you mind this, please do not place an order. Regarding the missing goods (insufficient quantity upon receipt, we did not specify the undispatched ones) :
For goods under 200 yuan, please count the quantity on the spot with the transportation company staff upon receipt. If there is any shortage, please have the transportation company staff sign for confirmation and we will assist in resolving it.
For goods worth over 200 yuan, please inform us of the quantity you are missing within 24 hours after signing for them. We will cooperate with you to verify the quantity and do our best to help you solve the problem. If you fail to count or inform us of the missing quantity in a timely manner, the quantity will be regarded as correct. In addition, due to the extremely large daily shipment volume, each individual item may be sold out at any time. If there is a shortage of goods due to insufficient inventory, we will refund it to you or ship it together with your next order.
Regarding product damage: We will not be responsible for any damage caused by transportation reasons. (It is recommended to choose insured logistics companies such as Deppon and Jiaji.) But we have the obligation to do everything possible to assist the customer in solving this problem. Meanwhile, we will adopt methods such as double-layer packaging in logistics, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking to minimize the occurrence of damage incidents. Please make sure to check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the Courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the Courier sign to confirm.

Regarding returns and exchanges: Return conditions - If the quality issue of the product itself leads to the loss of its inherent functions, we will handle the return or exchange. However, the shipping cost incurred will be borne by the buyer. (Most problems can be solved through simple adjustments, and we will assist you in resolving them.) Others such as poor sales, not as good as expected... For reasons other than the quality issues of the product itself, we reserve the right not to offer returns or exchanges as appropriate. Regarding product quality: All products sent by the manufacturer will undergo multiple inspections during production, after production, and before dispatch. They will only be dispatched if they are completely qualified. However, various uncertain factors can lead to the loss of product functions. Generally, a 98% qualification rate for toys is considered normal, and 2% is within the scope of exemption.
