Before using non-stick utensils, customers must first process the utensils. The purpose is to protect the coating and extend the service life.
The method is as follows:
First, clean and dry the interior of the utensil. Take A soft cloth and stick a little grease (such as lard, ghee, edible oil, etc.) evenly on the applicable surface of the coating. Bake it over low heat for 5 minutes. Take it out and let it cool to the normal temperature. Wipe it clean with a soft cloth and then start using it.
B. When the non-stick coating works for a long time under a large temperature difference between high and low, the pores will expand and the residual substances will erode it, eventually causing the non-stick coating to lose its non-stickiness. To avoid this situation, it is recommended that you bake it at a temperature below 240 degrees, which can further extend its service life. Avoid uneven heating and do not burn empty.
