For factory quality issues, we promise: returns or exchanges are available. Our profit margin has been kept very low, with a focus on volume sales. We can't afford the hassle of round-trip shipping fees (this is not Taobao). If there are any defective ones, please keep them properly. After accumulating the quantity, return them to us together. Regarding the issue of return and exchange postage, we will cover it within 7 days. If it exceeds 7 days, each party will pay the postage separately.
