The process of customizing webbing

When there are no actual samples

1. Sample making stage: Select the material (polyester/pure cotton/polyester-cotton/gold and silver filament/material provided by the customer), determine the ribbon color (select the color number from the color card), and determine the ribbon specification. We will provide color samples of the goods as required and send them out. If you are in a hurry, you can directly take pictures of the samples and send them (please choose carefully. If you are not strict about product quality and color, you can choose this method). Once the material of the product is selected and the color of the ribbon is determined, the sample-making fee can be arranged and the sample can be sent to the buyer after completion.

Second, confirm the bulk sample: After the buyer receives the sample, carefully identify the color, process, and specifications. If there are any improvement suggestions, promptly communicate with the salesperson. If modifications are needed and a new sample needs to be made, contact the customer service to discuss the time for the new sample and other issues. Confirm again that there are no errors, and the bulk sample is confirmed.

Iii. Customized Bulk Goods: After confirming the samples, the contract will be made (including quantity/size/packaging specification/color/delivery time/shipping method/payment for goods/freight). Once the order is confirmed, the full payment will be made for the product purchased from the Alibaba store or a 30% deposit will be transferred to the bank (full payment is required for special customized products). After the funds are received, production will be arranged. The production cycle depends on the order quantity and production arrangement. Generally, it is 7 days. The time arranged by the customer service at the time of placing the order shall prevail. The production cycle is an approximate time. We usually complete the shipment as soon as possible. For urgent orders, please inform the customer service when placing the order.

4. Complete the shipment. The process will follow our general shipping method. Please refer to the buyer's notice

When there are actual samples

I. Sample Making stage: The buyer sends the actual sample, and the sample is made directly according to the sample. After the samples are ready, you can send comparison photos to confirm the samples or send the samples to the buyer. If the buyer does not send the actual sample, the process for no actual sample will be followed

Second, confirm the bulk sample: After the buyer receives the sample, carefully identify the color, process, and specifications. If any modifications are needed, contact customer service to reconfirm that there are no errors, and then the bulk sample is confirmed.

Iii. Customized Bulk Goods: After confirming the samples, the contract will be made (including quantity/size/packaging specification/color/delivery time/shipping method/payment for goods/freight). Once the order is confirmed, the full payment will be made for the product purchased from the Alibaba store or a 30% deposit will be transferred to the bank (full payment is required for special customized products). After the funds are received, production will be arranged. The production cycle depends on the order quantity, difficulty level and production arrangement. Generally, it takes 5 to 7 days. The time arranged by the customer service at the time of placing the order shall apply. The production cycle is an approximate time. We usually complete the shipment as soon as possible. For urgent orders, please inform the customer service when placing the order.
