The manufacturer produces and supplies directly. You can visit the factory for an inspection. Only after you are satisfied can you place an order. The factory can design the battery cell process according to the customer's requirements and arrange for sample making. After the samples pass the inspection, bulk goods can be produced in batches according to the samples. Inventory batteries are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 days, while bulk orders can generally be produced within 20 to 30 days.
2. Regarding the shelf life
The shelf life of the battery is one year from the date of shipment. If it is proved that the defect of the battery was formed during the manufacturing process rather than due to the user's abuse or incorrect use, our company is responsible for returning or exchanging the battery.
        
3. Regarding customer service
When a customer requires a specific battery and the parameters are rather vague, it is recommended to communicate with the technical consultation. The technical team will develop a corresponding solution based on the customer's information. For regular and common batteries, you can directly consult the sales department, inquire about prices and arrange samples or bulk orders.
