I. Regarding the express delivery of goods
The default Courier services are Best Express, Yunda Express, YTO Express and China Post. We do not accept designated express deliveries. The goods will be delivered to each customer normally by express delivery, so there is no need to worry about this. For large wholesale quantities weighing several hundred kilograms, logistics will be sent and self-pickup is required.
Ii. Regarding the delivery time
Basically, orders placed before 4 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day, and at the latest, they will be dispatched the next day.
Iii. Regarding free shipping issues
Our store offers free shipping only if the order amount is over 88 yuan and the weight is within 3 kilograms. Special note: Hainan, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xizang, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are not included in the free shipping area.
Iv. Regarding the invoice issue
Our store can issue both ordinary VAT invoices and special VAT invoices. Ordinary VAT invoices can be issued when the amount reaches 100 yuan without any additional points. For value-added tax special invoices issued when the amount reaches 1,000 yuan, an additional 11% will be charged.
