Regarding the quotation

 

1. We offer favorable prices for large quantities of products. Due to significant fluctuations in raw material prices, product prices also fluctuate accordingly. Please contact our customer service for an accurate quotation.

 

2. All quotations from our company are standard quotations excluding tax. If tax is included, an additional 6% to 8% will be added.

 

3. The quotation is: standard color products (marked white, natural white, marked black) and standard quality and standard packaging. If there are special quality specifications, colors or packaging, the price needs to be negotiated separately!

 

 Regarding dyeing

 

1. There is no minimum quantity limit for the standard colors. The standard colors are natural white, universal black, and standard white. Other colors are called mixed colors and samples can be selected for dyeing.

 

2. When placing an order for dyeing miscellaneous colors, the minimum quantity should be no less than 50 kilograms. For every 1 kilogram less, a 1 kilogram restocking fee will be charged. The dyeing fee will be charged according to the standards of the dyeing factory. To ensure the accuracy of dyeing in large vats, the order quantity should be no less than 30 kilograms. Customers with smaller quantities can choose to dye by themselves!

 

 Regarding color difference

 

All product images of our company are taken from the actual objects and then adjusted by professionals to minimize color differences. However, due to differences in shooting environment, lighting and display screens, color differences are inevitable. Please refer to the actual product. For customers who have strict requirements for color, samples can be taken for confirmation before purchase

 

Freight description

 

Generally, for orders ranging from 1 to 100, SF Express is used for cash on delivery. If you need our company to pay the shipping fee for you first, please contact us and ask the customer service staff to modify the price before making the payment. Thank you for your cooperation! The color card is free of charge. The cost of mailing it will be borne by your company. We send out too many color cards and sample fabrics every day. Please understand! For bulk goods, logistics will be used, and the freight will be borne by the buyer on a cash on delivery basis. Return or exchange due to quality issues. If it is indeed our responsibility, we will bear the shipping cost for returns and exchanges.

 

Return Instructions

 

Please purchase samples first for confirmation before buying bulk goods. If the product has no quality issues, no returns will be accepted. If there are quality problems, please do not cut or process the product in any way. We guarantee that you will contact customer service in a timely manner for a return or exchange until it has been used properly. Please return or exchange the goods to our company within 3 days from the date of receipt. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
