Regarding color difference: For the actual photos of the small store, we try to keep the original color as much as possible and have not used software PS to change the color. However, due to factors such as lighting, Angle, display color deviation, and personal color perception during shooting, there may be some color differences between the actual product and the photo. Please refer to the actual product for the final result. The burrs and loose threads on the lace are normal phenomena. There may be slight differences in the lace sent from different batches. If you mind, please do not take pictures, do not take pictures, do not take pictures!!
Regarding after-sales service: Lace is a semi-finished auxiliary material and does not support any 7-day no-reason return or exchange for any reason. Please confirm the material, width, color, etc. before placing an order. If there are any quality problems upon receipt of the goods, please contact customer service in time for handling. After-sales service will not be provided after 48 hours
Regarding customization: After confirming the order for customized products, everything is based on the seller's shipment. If there are any quality issues, please submit a return or exchange application within 48 hours of receiving the product. Applications received after this period will not be accepted. Please ensure that the product packaging is intact and in brand new condition when returning the product. We will not accept any return of goods that has not been contacted with our store.
Regarding express delivery: Our store defaults to using YTO Express. If the local express delivery cannot reach the destination, you can choose SF Express or EMS, but the price difference is the buyer's responsibility. Heavy goods will be sent by logistics
