All products in our store are at the factory bare price, excluding invoices and shipping fees. If you have any special requirements, please contact our customer service to discuss the cost. We offer better prices for bulk orders!

1: Regarding order placement: The product size is 24*24*27.5cm in height, with 60 pieces per piece. The colors are usually mixed. Please make sure to place an order for the entire piece when placing your order. We do not accept returns due to size issues.

2: Regarding logistics: We usually default to using regular logistics, with freight collected on delivery. Please fill in "0" for the freight when placing your order. (Logistics does not deliver goods. You need to pick up the goods at the designated unloading point. Generally, it cannot reach towns and villages, and some cities and districts cannot reach. If you need delivery, you can contact the logistics to negotiate the delivery fee. We do not accept returns due to freight issues.) If you need a designated logistics service or express delivery, please contact our customer service for consultation.

3: Regarding printing: This product can be customized with a LOGO and printed with characters. Printing costs are calculated separately. All customized products are non-negotiable and non-refundable. If you need customization, please contact customer service.

Of course, for plastic products, damage due to various factors such as logistics force is normal. For those who have been inspected and signed for, we promise to cover the shipping cost and return the goods for a new exchange. For those who have not been inspected, the buyer will bear the shipping cost and return the goods for a new exchange. All damaged items must be returned to the customer after the customer has collected the entire item. We will not accept any private returns, and the profit margin is very thin.
