After payment, the goods are usually dispatched within 1-2 days. Due to our wide variety of products, packaging is rather troublesome and the workload for sorting is very large. Please understand each other. We will arrange for the warehouse to sort and dispatch the goods for you as soon as possible!
2. If there is a shortage of stock and you need to notify me, please note "Out of stock, please do notify me!" in the order message.

Regarding returns and exchanges: ① Returns and exchanges without quality issues: If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, and the damage caused by the transportation of the returned products is significant, a 40% discount will be given to the original price for a refund. We do not provide returns and exchanges without quality issues within one month. If you really have no other choice, you can contact our customer service. Note: (For the above returns, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs themselves. If the items are shipped with free shipping, the shipping cost at the time of our shipment will be deducted.) ② Quality issue return and exchange: If the cumulative weight of the product with quality issues reaches 20KG, the round-trip logistics cost for exchange will be borne by our store (please contact the online customer service for whether to send by express delivery or logistics). If the product does not meet the weight requirements and you wish to return it for exchange in advance, the round-trip transportation cost will be borne by the buyer. ③ Damage to the goods during transportation: Please be sure to open the box and check it in front of the logistics or Courier when receiving the goods. Cardboard boxes are elastic, while plastic toys are not. Therefore, it is possible that the outer box is not damaged but the contents are. Please be sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. A 5% damage to the product is within the normal range. We will offer the service of reordering and reissuing spare parts for repair, but we will not reissue them separately. The transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for returns.
