Answer: All quotations do not include shipping fees. Customers need to add shipping fees when placing an order. For cities that can be reached directly by road express or SF Express, the freight can be paid on delivery. You only need to pay the full amount of the goods and then pay the freight after the goods arrive. For transportation by other express delivery companies or post offices, the freight charges must be paid first and remitted together with the payment for goods (the transportation cost is roughly determined based on the weight of the goods and the mode of transportation, but the actual amount incurred shall prevail, with any excess refunded and any shortage made up).
If the goods are damaged during transportation, our company will be responsible and compensate for the actual amount of the damage.
