All products can be sold in the minimum quantity specified online. Supports mixed batch, with a mixed batch amount of 100 yuan or more and no limit on the quantity. Once the order is placed, the system will automatically calculate the weight, and the shipping fee will be generated based on the weight. The generated shipping fee is the cost of express delivery. If you need to send by logistics, contact customer service to modify the shipping fee. The logistics shipping fee is payable on delivery.

 

Are the listed products in stock? What if there's no stock?

All of our products are in stock for sale. The items available for purchase as shown on the page are all in stock. Please feel free to buy. Due to the wide variety of products and large daily sales volume, if some products are not taken off the shelves in time and are out of stock, please understand. We will contact you by phone or through Wangwang and handle the situation.

 

I have made the payment. When will the goods be dispatched and how long will it take to receive them?

Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship the goods in the order of your payment within 24 to 48 hours after your successful payment. The delivery time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions and the operation procedures of different Courier companies. Under normal circumstances, the goods will arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai within 1 to 2 days, in Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing and Tianjin within 2 to 3 days, and in other regions within 3 to 5 days. For remote areas, it takes 4 to 7 days. For out-of-province logistics, it usually takes 3 to 7 days! If you haven't received the item within the corresponding number of days, please contact our customer service. In case of any delay or loss of packages due to the peak season of online sales, a sudden increase in shipment volume, or the overloading of express delivery companies, we sincerely ask for your understanding. We will handle the situation properly.

What should I do if the received products have quality issues or are out of stock?

If the goods are out of stock or have quality issues after receiving them, please contact our after-sales customer service within three days. If there are quality problems, please take photos for us to confirm as soon as you receive the goods. You can contact us via Wangwang and send the pictures. We will provide you with a satisfactory solution. If the product is out of stock and has been marked as out of stock on the list, please contact our customer service to apply for a refund.

 

I have received the goods, but I don't like them very much. Can I return or exchange them?

If you are not satisfied with or like the product, you can return or exchange it as long as you have never used it and it does not affect its resale. The shipping cost will be at your own expense

The following situations are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

The packaging of the returned products by A is damaged or incomplete, and the product accessories or relevant materials are incomplete.

B Repairs or modifies without authorization;

C was not used or stored in the normal way;

Goods that have exceeded the after-sales service period.

Products that have been taken off the shelves of our company are not eligible for return or exchange.

Placing an order is deemed as agreement to the following terms

(1) If the amount reaches 100 yuan, it can be mixed in batches, with no limit on the quantity. Individual products can be ordered in bulk according to the minimum order quantity on the webpage.

(2) Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will try to notify the out-of-stock products by phone. As the profit margin of the products is low, after receiving the goods, we will apply for a refund according to the out-of-stock products noted in the shipping list. No re-shipments will be made.

(3) There may be missed shipments when mixed batches are mixed. If you receive the goods and find that the quantity is less than the order quantity, please contact us in time. The validity period is within 3 days after receiving the goods. We will not process it after the expiration date. Once confirmed, we will make up the outstanding payment as soon as possible.

(4) Products without quality issues cannot be returned upon receipt. If there are quality problems, we will bear the return shipping cost. If an exchange is required, the shipping cost will be borne by the individual.

(5) If out of stock requires notification, please note "Out of stock, please notify me!" in the order message.

(6) Regarding express delivery, if there is no note, all will be sent by the default express delivery of our store. If not available, contact the customer to send another express delivery. If you send other express deliveries, you need to pay the price difference.

Regarding transportation, all logistics freight charges are collect on delivery. Logistics requires self-pickup. When purchasing the product, submit the order and contact customer service to modify the freight charge to 0. Unless otherwise specified, to save the buyer's freight charges, the logistics we choose are all freight line logistics of the freight station. The logistics does not deliver goods to the door. This type of logistics is like a passenger bus that directly reaches two places, only one for carrying people and the other for transporting goods. Before purchasing goods, please make sure to confirm whether there is such logistics nearby. Compared with express logistics, this type of logistics has relatively lower freight charges, but due to the large volume, the service quality is much worse. We will not accept any requests for returns due to delays in logistics during transportation. If you can't accept it, you can communicate with us and choose the appropriate logistics. For those in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai regions, you can also choose to send by express delivery. The cost is relatively high, but it can be delivered to your door.

The charges of various logistics companies are not standardized, and our estimates are not accurate. Therefore, we do not make any valuations and do not bear any costs in logistics. We recommend that customers find a dedicated logistics company from Yiwu to the delivery location by themselves. There is a very large logistics freight market in Yiwu. We hope that customers can provide a logistics company that satisfies them as much as possible. We are not engaged in the logistics industry. We are not familiar with the unwritten rules of logistics. Our experience in logistics matters is only for reference and we do not take responsibility for any "accidents" arising from logistics reasons.
