Purchase Notice
1. The quotation is the factory price and does not include taxes, freight charges, etc.
2. If in stock, the goods can be dispatched on the same day of the order or the next day. If there is no stock available, the delivery period is generally 1 to 5 days
3. The above prices are reference prices. If there are any fluctuations, no further notice will be given. Please consult when placing an order.
4. All products in our store are actually photographed by the store owner. Due to reasons such as display screens, there may be slight color differences for buyers. We will try our best to keep the colors consistent.
5. Before the products are dispatched, we will conduct strict quality control. However, scratches between the products are inevitable. During the warehousing and logistics transportation, there may be normal minor scratches. While we try our best to avoid them, we also hope for your understanding.

Mode of transportation:
A small number of samples and goods are generally sent by express delivery.
2. For the entire consignment, we can send it to the local consignment station for free through a logistics company. However, the buyer needs to contact the logistics company by themselves. After the goods are transferred, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the product packaging. Therefore, please contact the logistics company you trust, dear business owners, to avoid unnecessary losses.
3. The buyer shall bear the shipping cost by themselves.

After-sales service
If customers find any quality issues with the products after receiving them, please contact the customer service staff promptly to discuss the replacement or reshipment of the products.

Regarding freight: 

Please check the quantity of goods in the package on the spot after receiving the goods. Check if the goods have been disassembled or are in any other abnormal condition before signing for the goods. If you or your family members, friends, classmates or the security guard agree to sign for the goods, it indicates that you have confirmed the receipt of the goods from our company and checked for no abnormalities. Any missing or damaged items after signing for receipt are only unilateral statements and we are not in a position to handle them at all! If any of the above-mentioned abnormal conditions are found on the spot during the acceptance inspection, please refuse to sign for the goods and contact our store in a timely manner.

2. For small quantities of samples and goods, express delivery is usually provided. The charge is 5 yuan for 1 piece or less, and an additional 4.00 yuan is charged for each extra piece.

For bulk goods, logistics is usually used (it is recommended that buyers contact the logistics company themselves). Freight is collected on delivery, and for pick-up and delivery, please communicate in advance. For the trouble of buyers contacting the logistics company for door-to-door self-pickup, please provide the logistics phone number to facilitate someone's connection. Bulk goods need to be prepared in advance. Please communicate with the customer service first before confirming. Thank you all for your cooperation.

3. Generally, Courier services will contact you before delivery. Please ensure your address is correct and your phone is accessible. Missing numbers, disconnected services, turned off devices, refused answers, no answers, unknown addresses, or no one at home may cause delays in your package. If the item is returned due to personal reasons, please bear the round-trip postage by yourself. Thank you for your understanding!
