Express delivery: We default to sending to ZTO Express. For large items within Guangdong Province, we can send to Suer Express!
Shipment: Orders placed before 5 a.m. will be dispatched on the same day, and those placed after 5 a.m. will be dispatched the next day. If you need it urgently, please contact customer service!
Return and exchange: For product quality issues, we will cover the shipping cost. For non-quality issues, we promise to exchange within 15 days without covering the shipping cost.
Undertake orders

2. Sample fee: A default sample fee of 300 yuan is charged for all styles. After placing a large order, this fee can be used to offset the payment
3. Sample-making cycle: Generally 2 to 5 days, depending on specific circumstances
4. Bulk cargo cycle: Generally 3 to 20 days. For specific details, please consult the online customer service
5. Ordering process: (1) Confirm the product logo, pay the sample fee, and have the sample made. (2) Confirm the sample. (3) Negotiate relevant matters and delivery cycle. (4) Pay the down payment (30% of the total order amount) and arrange production. (5) Pay the balance of the order before shipment.
