The pile formation of the velvet fabric is achieved by the repeated action of the steel wire needle tip of the drawing machine, which pulls up a portion of the fibers on the surface of the fabric. The pile is required to be short, dense and uniform. Printed fleece is brushed before printing, while bleached and multicolored fleece are brushed at the end. The warp yarns used for the base fabric of flannel should be fine. The weft yarn should be thick and have a low degree of twist. The cotton fibers used for spinning weft yarns should be coarse and have good neatness. The warp density of the fabric is relatively small while the weft density is relatively large, so that the weft yarns float on the surface, which is conducive to the formation of full and uniform pile of weft cotton fibers. After the velvet fabric is drawn, the weft strength loss is relatively large. Therefore, it is very important to master the quality of cotton yarn and the operation of the drawing process.

1. Within 2 days for 3 color samples;
2. 3 to 5 color samples will be completed within 3 days.
For more than five color samples, the process will be completed within four days.
Medium sample
1. Regular fabric dyeing (cost = small VAT fee + fabric style);
Ii. Conventional fabric printing (Cost = plate-making fee + fabric style + sample fee);

Starting quantity
1. Conventional fabric dyeing: 0.2 tons per color;
2. Conventional fabric printing: 1 ton per color;
Iii. For bulk goods exceeding the above minimum quantity, all sample fees except for the fabric payment will be fully refunded.
Bulk cargo delivery date
1. Dyeing: Delivery within 7-10 days after color confirmation;
Ii. Printing: Delivery will be made within 15 days after the confirmation of the sample or color draft and the color.
