【 Shipping Issue
1. Express delivery issue: A small number of samples and goods are usually sent by express delivery. Specified delivery is not supported. Yto Express is the default option. The express delivery fee is generated by the system. If there is any error, you can contact customer service for modification
The daily orders are quite large. For express delivery orders, they will be dispatched within 24 hours after payment, with the exact time subject to the warehouse departure time.
2. Logistics issues: The entire batch of goods is generally transported to the city designated by the buyer through the form of consignment by logistics companies. It takes 3-4 days to arrive in domestic direct cities and 5-6 days in transit cities. For logistics orders with cash on delivery, please contact customer service to change the shipping fee.
【 In-stock Issue
Most of the items that can be purchased on the page are in stock. If there is a shortage of stock after placing an order, we will contact you within 48 hours after payment for handling. For large orders, please consult customer service first to confirm whether there is stock available.
"About the Sample
Our store offers free samples. Within 15 days after the sample payment, the sample fee will be refunded if the store purchases a single item worth 1,000 yuan or more for the second time. Samples will be dispatched randomly. If you need a specific color, please leave a message to note it.
