


















Regarding after-sales service and quality issues with returns and exchanges
If any quality issues are found within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please contact the after-sales customer service in a timely manner. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. The problem products must be kept in their original packaging (please bring your own packaging and do not directly stick or write on the original factory outer box of the product). We do not accept expensive logistics services from Deppon, Jiaji or Tiandi Huayu. If there is any violation, the shipping cost will be borne by yourself. We do not accept returns or exchanges without quality issues.
2. Before returning the goods, please communicate with the after-sales customer service first. Please cooperate in filling out the after-sales service form so that we can track your return and handle it in a timely manner.
3. We will do our best to meet the customer's requirements for product color or style, but we cannot guarantee 100%. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to color or style mismatch.
4. In cases where goods not sold by our company are sent to us, we reserve the right not to handle all returns or exchanges in such cases, and the freight will be borne by the customer, with the goods directly returned to the customer.
5. The following conditions do not qualify for returns or exchanges: A. The returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, and the product accessories or relevant materials are incomplete. B. Unauthorized repair or modification; C. Not used or stored in the normal way; D. Color and color are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Products that have exceeded the after-sales service period.
