Production cycle of out-of-stock products: Our inventory is usually quite sufficient, but sometimes when customers place large orders, we may run out of stock. Product discount coupons and free shipping Customers can claim the store's discount coupons before purchasing goods. Regarding returns: For non-quality issues and non-custom-made items, returns can be negotiated. All round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If the goods are damaged, sent to the wrong place, or missed, etc., resulting in unsalability, when applying for a return or exchange, please be sure to take photos first and then contact the customer service staff to negotiate and handle the situation.
