Free delivery: Free delivery is available for orders of 128 yuan or more. (Free delivery covers all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China except Xizang, Xinjiang, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Qinghai and Hainan.)
Delivery Instructions
Our factory entrusts "Express" for the delivery of goods (for large items, you can specify the logistics service. For specific details, please consult the customer service on Wangwang).
Please be informed that the following services are currently unavailable.
1. Delivery on the specified date and time
After the order payment is successful, modify the non-local delivery address (if the ordered goods are already in the delivery process, the local address cannot be changed either).
Note
For areas where express delivery cannot reach, the goods will only be delivered to nearby outlets. Buyers need to pick up the goods at the express delivery outlets themselves.
2. In case of special weather conditions (such as rain, snow, earthquakes, etc.), traffic control or other special factors, the delivery time may be extended. Please refer to the arrival time of the package for the exact time.
Modify order: Once your 1688 order is confirmed (click "Confirm No Errors, Purchase"), it will be processed automatically by the 1688 order system. Manual modification of the items and quantities in the generated order is not possible.
It is recommended to use the "Add Purchase Order" function on 1688 to combine the items to be purchased into one order, avoiding the situation of having to pay multiple shipping fees.
After-sales service and guarantee
This process is only applicable to non-custom-made products (custom-made products are subject to mutual agreement. By default, it is not a quality issue and returns or exchanges are not supported).
If any quality issue is found within 48 hours after signing for the package, please contact customer service for registration and handling. If the quality issue is confirmed, we support a refund or exchange (our store will cover the shipping cost).
Return and exchange conditions: Our store offers a 7-day no-reason return service for consumers.
We regret that we do not offer return or exchange services for the following types of goods:
1. Goods that have been used or damaged by human factors
2. Quality problems caused by the customer's own reasons
3. Goods received more than 7 days ago
4. The goods list was not returned together, or the reason for the return and the quantity of the returned goods were not indicated on the goods list
5. The outer packaging, accessories and complimentary gifts of the product are damaged
6. Custom-made goods
Return process: 1. Please confirm whether the item you wish to return can be exchanged under the corresponding conditions
2. Contact customer service to register relevant return and exchange information (Please be sure to contact the customer service staff for handling)
3. Log in to your 1688 account, select the product and click on "Return". For the refund reason, choose "Agree with the Seller".
4. After the refund specialist approves your application, the returned goods will be sent back to the following address.
5. After sending the goods, you need to enter the return page again and click on [Fill in Logistics Information], and fill in the logistics company, logistics tracking number and contact phone number
6. After we receive your returned goods and have them approved (confirming that all accessories are complete and do not affect secondary sales), we will process the refund for you within the prescribed time.
Your return application has been rejected. It might be because the application method does not comply with relevant regulations. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid delaying the refund process.
