Ordering Instructions
1. The quotation does not include freight. For small quantities, express delivery will be provided (default is YTO). After placing an order, the Alibaba system automatically calculates the freight based on the weight of the goods. For bulk orders, customers can choose freight logistics (they need to pick up the goods at the logistics station themselves). Large logistics (such as Deppon, Jiaji, etc.) have higher costs, while dedicated line logistics has lower costs.
2. Regarding shipment: After the order is paid for, we will arrange for shipment within 48 hours. If there is any shortage of stock, we will proactively contact the customer for handling (via Wangwang or the consignee's phone number). If there is no response, and the amount of the order being out of stock is less than 30%, we will first dispatch the ones in stock (delivery order), and then dispatch the out-of-stock ones again after they are fully prepared or wait for the customer to contact us for handling. Please be informed.
3. Regarding after-sales service: Any quality issues can be returned or exchanged. Due to the thin profit margin in wholesale, if you need to return or exchange goods, each party will bear half of the shipping cost. That is: For small-batch order customers: The shipping cost for the products to be sent back to our warehouse is borne by the customer. After our company receives the goods, we will send them to the customer and pay for them. For customers placing bulk orders: Goods with quality issues can be accumulated to a certain quantity and then transported to our warehouse via a dedicated line. Please ensure that the packaging and accessories of the goods are intact when returning them. If any are missing, our company will deduct the corresponding amount or will not send a replacement.
