Answer: Hello, the minimum order quantity of our company is generally 100 pieces. If you need a pen but do not require a logo or custom color, please contact our customer service for specific requirements.
Question: Can a logo be added? How is the logo fee charged?
Answer: Hello, there are two ways to create logos: laser engraving and screen printing. Laser does not require plate-making, takes a short time and has a low requirement for quantity. Screen printing requires film output, plate making and ink mixing, so it takes a long time and requires a large quantity. The charge for laser engraving 1 to 1000 pieces is 100 yuan per batch. The color of the logo is the color of the pen barrel material. Generally, the pen barrel material is steel, so the logo laser output is silver. A small number of pen barrels are made of copper, and the logo laser output is yellow of copper. For one-color logo screen printing, the charge is 200 yuan per color for up to 1,000 pieces (100 yuan for plate-making and 100 yuan for on-machine printing), and 0.10 yuan per piece for more than 1,000 pieces. If the printing cost of a logo is two or more colors, it will be charged at double the rate of the one-color calculation method.

Question: Can a sample be produced by adding a logo? How long does it take to get the sample? How much is the cost? Can an order be returned?
Answer: Hello, the sample of the logo engraved by laser usually takes 3 to 5 days, and the cost is 100 yuan. No refund will be given once the order is placed. The sample production time for one-color logo printing is generally 7 to 10 days, with a cost of 200 yuan. No plate-making fee will be charged for placing an order. However, a 100-yuan on-machine printing fee and an additional 0.10 yuan per piece for more than 1,000 pieces still need to be charged. If the logo is printed in multiple colors, the cost will double and the processing time will be extended accordingly. For the specific time, please contact our customer service for communication.
Question: How is the product packaged? Can a gift box be included?
Answer: Hello, our regular packaging is: single opp bag, 50 pieces in one inner box, 500 pieces in one outer box. Box size: 32*26*23cm. If you need to configure the gift box separately, please contact customer service.
