Dear customers, our products are purchased in bulk by the case. We do not ship bulk goods. If you need samples, please contact our customer service.

3. Ceramics are fragile items and are prone to damage during logistics transportation. It is generally recommended to ship them on wooden frames. According to industry norms, for products without wooden frames, the seller is not responsible for any damage during transportation. For products with wooden frames, no compensation will be given for damage within 3%. For the portion exceeding 3%, the seller and the buyer will each bear half. (Please take photos and return the product price difference to the customer service within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Any failure to do so will be at your own risk.)
