Customers who need to send goods by logistics, please be sure to contact us and change the shipping fee to 0. The logistics fee for sending goods by logistics is collect on delivery, and you can pick up the goods yourself. Currently, when placing an order on Alibaba, you cannot choose between logistics and express delivery by yourself. Our system is set to default to express delivery.

Our shipping warehouses are located in Yiwu and Linyi. If the quantity of goods is not large, it is recommended to send them by express delivery. When there are multiple shipments, logistics is cost-effective, but picking up the goods at the logistics company yourself is usually not very convenient. The default express delivery service is Best Express, and the default logistics service is dedicated line consignment. Every day, there are many trucks from Yiwu to all parts of the country. As long as the trade with Yiwu is relatively developed, there are direct trucks. After the goods arrive, the consignment company will call to notify you to pick them up. Even for counties and districts without direct trucks, the consignment company will arrange trucks step by step to transfer the goods over. The direct consignment fee for one piece of goods is approximately 30 yuan, and the transfer fee for places that require transfer is about 20 yuan.
The goods will be dispatched within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the incomplete backend of Alibaba, the specific shipping time for express delivery is based on the scanned record and not on the "Click to Ship" button in the backend. Logistics is subject to the updated logistics item number and phone number.
3. If there is a designated logistics service, please be sure to leave a message for the seller and note the phone number and address of Yiwu. Chat records will not be used as proof.
4. Direct delivery usually takes about three to four days, while for places requiring transfer, it will be delayed by about one or two days. Except in special circumstances. 6. We can also deliver goods according to the logistics specified by the customer, such as Deppon, Jiaji, Xinbang, and Tiandi Huayu. But the shipping cost is rather expensive.
Iii. Distribution Rules:
1. Regarding product quality
All products sold are directly dispatched by the manufacturer. If you require us to handle the shipment on your behalf, please confirm that you have 100% confidence in us. If not, please do not place an order. The profit margin for dropshipping is very thin. If you encounter any after-sales issues, please handle them by yourself instead of passing them on to us. If you really can't handle them, you can contact our customer service.
2. Issues such as express delivery beyond the designated area, delays, and proxy collection
Before placing an order, please confirm your customer's address to see if it falls within the delivery range of our cooperative Courier service. We do not make a second confirmation of the consignment address. The Courier company will arrange it randomly. If it exceeds the designated area, we will not be responsible. In case of delay, please check and contact the Courier by yourself. We are only responsible for filling in the correct tracking number. The delivery time of the express delivery cannot be guaranteed. If your customer refuses to accept or returns the goods due to delay, an additional 10% of the payment amount will be deducted as labor costs.
3. Damaged goods
If there is any damage before signing for the package, you can refuse to accept it. We will assist you in claiming compensation from the Courier and refund the money to you. We will not be responsible for any damage after signature.
Product damage is a probabilistic event, and no matter how meticulous the packaging is, it cannot be completely avoided.
We promise to treat every order with a high sense of responsibility and will do our best to pack each package tightly.
Iv. After-sales Rules
Within 3 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please promptly provide feedback on the product information and receiving details (fragile and pressure-sensitive items, whether there is a shortage of goods, and the actual receiving situation). Feedback received after the deadline will not be accepted. Any verified false reporting will not be accepted.
If any product with functional failure or other quality issues is found within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please contact us in a timely manner. Applications received after this period will not be accepted.
3. When customers receive the goods, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged or not, they need to open the box for inspection. If any product is damaged or has other quality issues due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate with a fresh seal and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in claiming compensation.
Returns made on the grounds of dissatisfaction or dissimilarity, but with no actual quality issues, will not be accepted.
5. For all returns due to quality issues, please accumulate more than five kilograms. The shipping cost for returns will be borne by our company (we will not accept returns from expensive logistics companies such as Deppon and Jiaji. For the return method, please contact and negotiate with our after-sales customer service). If the customer insists on returning, the shipping cost will be at their own expense. After all, this is a mixed batch, not retail. Please understand each other!
