You may not know our strengths, but you must be aware of our weaknesses. Mid-to-low-end products, serving the general public. All are sold at a low profit margin. We can afford to make a profit but not to lose. Please compare the cost performance of our products and understand us better. Please abide by the following conventions:

 

1. All actual product photos are provided. There may be slight differences among each batch of goods entering the warehouse. The pictures and description data are for reference only. The actual product received shall prevail. The style and color will be sent randomly. Refuse to return or exchange goods on the grounds of minor differences such as color, style, data, and price.

Example (but not limited) : 1. The weight you marked online is 20g, but the weight I weighed is only 19.8g. I request a return and bear our shipping loss. Otherwise, I will file a complaint and give a bad review.

2. If the price of your product is too low and the quality is poor, it won't sell well. I want to return it or if the price is too high, I'll refund a certain amount as compensation. Otherwise, I'll file a complaint and give a bad review.

3. I don't like red. Why did they send me red products and demand compensation for mental distress? Or they would return the goods and ask me to bear the round-trip shipping costs. Otherwise, they would file a complaint and give a bad review.

Second, for mid-to-low-end products, we reject medium and negative reviews. Please assess the cost performance of the product before wholesale. 2. I've long been used to finding faults when shopping on Taobao. If I don't look for faults, why am I doing wholesale on Taobao? Why not allow reviews? If the product quality is poor, I should give a bad review.

3. The customer service is not good and the product quality is poor. I have something to say. Could you offer some suggestions in the positive reviews? Sure, you're welcome. You visit our business and our customer service is grateful to you. Then why is the service not good? Why is the product quality poor? We welcome you to offer more constructive suggestions to improve our services and provide better services for you and more customers.

Iii. Regarding Transportation and Distribution. Wholesale mainly relies on logistics and freight transportation, with goods dispatched from Yiwu, which has a well-developed logistics system. We do not collect freight charges on your behalf. You need to pick up the goods at the freight station yourself and pay the freight charges to the freight station. After placing an order for the product, please contact us to modify the shipping fee to 0. The default shipping fee for shopping is the express delivery fee. There may be differences in some regions. Please contact customer service to confirm the shipping fee before making the payment. All wholesale goods are not delivered with free shipping. When sending by express, if the shipping cost is insufficient, our customer service will contact you to make up the shipping cost. The express shipping cost will be charged in full. We reserve the right not to ship any order for which the shipping fee is refused for any reason.

Iv. Return and Exchange Policy

If you find any shortage of goods within 3 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of signature on the waybill), please contact us in time. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Regarding the issue of damage during transportation:

For goods sent by express delivery: When receiving the goods, please check whether the outer packaging is intact and whether the goods inside are damaged! If the Courier does not cooperate with the inspection, you can file a complaint with the corresponding Courier company. For fragile items, they should be disassembled on the spot to check for any damage and photos should be taken on the spot for record, which will serve as evidence for claiming compensation from the express delivery company or logistics enterprise. By signing, you agree that the goods in the box are intact! Please sign for the express delivery with caution!

 For the goods transported by car: Due to its own practical factors, sometimes a shipment of goods may suffer damage within 3% to 5%, which is within the normal range of wear and tear. Please bear it yourself. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters) or unexpected accidents (such as car accidents) resulting in extensive damage, please negotiate with us to request compensation from the car transportation company. Both the buyer and the seller shall bear the responsibility together, and our store shall assume the corresponding part of the seller's responsibility. All other damages under normal circumstances shall be the responsibility of the car transportation department.

V. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances

1. The returned products have incomplete packaging, and the accessories or relevant materials are not complete. Unauthorized repair or modification; Not used or stored in the normal way; Beyond the product's shelf life; Returned products that have been labeled and falsely labeled. Goods that can no longer be sold as commodities.

If the customer returns the goods by express delivery or other means without communicating with the customer service, the company will refuse to accept them.

3. All returned packages must be returned under the real name (i.e., by filling in the name of the orderer). Before the return package is mailed, it is necessary to communicate with the customer service and send the return list. The return package should include the return list to facilitate the staff's query and improve efficiency. Returns that have not been communicated with customer service before will not be accepted.

5. Returns or exchanges based on subjective reasons will not be accepted if there are no actual quality issues. The transportation cost for returns shall be borne by the individual. In case of damage, compensation will be made at the original price.

6. Please do not return goods that are not from our company. If you have such goods, we will not return them.

7. Any situation where the shipping cost is refused to be paid in advance for various reasons and the return shipping cost exceeds the shipping cost will not be accepted for refund
