1. Our store ships mixed batch products over 800 yuan. We sell at a low profit margin but in large quantities to earn some hard-earned money by increasing sales volume. We hope for your understanding! All products can be mixed in batches. The quantity of each product should be ordered in multiples of the minimum order quantity. After placing the order, fill in 0 yuan for the shipping fee description and then submit the order and make the payment. The logistics self-pickup shipping fee is payable on delivery without free shipping. The distance of pick-up is not within the scope of after-sales service. The logistics shipping fee is paid by the consignee (when picking up the goods) If you need to specify a logistics company, please note the contact information of the Yiwu branch in the buyer's message. The warehouse will ship the goods based on the logistics information you provide. If the buyer does not specify a logistics company, we will find a logistics company that we often cooperate with for shipping! If you need to send by express delivery, please contact customer service to inquire about the relevant express delivery fees

2.. Regarding the products themselves: As our store focuses on mid-to-low-end products, the prices are already very low. If you expect the quality of goods purchased for 1 or 2 yuan to be the same as those for 5 or 10 yuan, we cannot meet your expectations. The common sense that "you get what you pay for" is surely well understood by everyone. A few customers who both seek low prices and demand high quality of goods, please avoid it. In addition: Before warehouse allocation and shipment, we will have dedicated personnel to inspect the goods and try to screen out defective and substandard products. On this basis, if the goods you receive have occasional flaws, we do not offer returns or exchanges. The profit margin for wholesale of small commodities is meager. Volume sales are the main focus. We appreciate your understanding!

3. Regarding the issue of damage during transportation, our store has a physical wholesale store offline. Our warehouse is staffed with experienced personnel who are responsible for packaging and distribution for a long time. They will do their best to package you well. However, in the current logistics and express delivery industry, there are inevitably some rough handling behaviors. Even if the packaging is excellent, it is difficult to guarantee that there will be no damage. If the damage is within 5%, it is within the normal range. Please bear the responsibility yourself. If you cannot even afford this, please do not place an order. For goods transported by car: In the event of force majeure (natural disasters) or unexpected accidents (such as car crashes) resulting in extensive damage, please negotiate with us to request compensation from the car transportation company. Both the buyer and the seller shall bear the responsibility together, and our store shall assume the corresponding part of the seller's responsibility. All other damages under normal circumstances shall be the responsibility of the car transportation department. (Any damage caused by logistics has nothing to do with our store and we are not responsible for it at all!)"

Regarding after-sales service: If the buyer finds that the goods sold in our store do not meet the requirements, have been sent wrongly or missed within the same day of receiving the goods, please contact our store in a timely manner on the same day of receiving the goods to negotiate the relevant matters! No processing will be done after the deadline. Our store will process returns, exchanges or refunds after receiving the returned goods. For the goods that were not delivered, either they will be reissued or the corresponding amount of payment will be directly refunded to the buyer's Alipay account. For large customers with large purchase volumes, if they are unsure whether the quality of the goods meets their requirements, they can negotiate to send samples. After viewing the samples and being satisfied, they can place an order. (If the goods are returned without prior inspection but the quality does not meet the requirements, the round-trip shipping costs are not the responsibility of our store and must be borne by the buyer themselves.)"

5. As our store and physical stores sell simultaneously, inventory may change. If any individual product is temporarily out of stock, the store owner will notify in a timely manner. Buyers can choose to wait for the goods to arrive before shipping or opt for a relevant refund. Sometimes, there may be situations where a few products are out of stock or the customer service fails to contact the customer in a timely manner after the goods are allocated and dispatched.
