I have made the payment. When will the goods be dispatched and how long will it take to receive them?
Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship the goods in the order of your payment within 24 to 48 hours after your successful payment. The delivery time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions and the operation procedures of different Courier companies. Under normal circumstances, the goods will arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai within 1 to 2 days, in Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing and Tianjin within 2 to 3 days, and in other regions within 3 to 5 days. For remote areas, it takes 4 to 7 days. For out-of-province logistics, it usually takes 3 to 7 days! If you haven't received the item within the corresponding number of days, please contact our customer service. In case of any delay or loss of packages due to the peak season of online sales, a sudden increase in shipment volume, or the overloading of express delivery companies, we sincerely ask for your understanding. We will handle the situation properly.
What should I do if the received products have quality issues or are out of stock
If the goods are out of stock or have quality issues after receiving them, please contact our after-sales customer service within three days. If there are quality problems, please take photos for us to confirm as soon as you receive the goods. You can contact us via Wangwang and send the pictures. We will provide you with a satisfactory solution. If the product is out of stock and has been marked as out of stock on the list, please contact our customer service to apply for a refund.
I have received the goods, but I don't like them very much. Could you please return or exchange them
If you are not satisfied with or like the product, you can return or exchange it as long as you have never used it and it does not affect its resale. The shipping cost will be at your own expense
The following situations are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
The packaging of the returned products by A is damaged or incomplete, and the product accessories or relevant materials are incomplete.
B Repairs or modifies without authorization;
C was not used or stored in the normal way;
Goods that have exceeded the after-sales service period.
Seasonal products that have exceeded their expiration dates will not be returned (such as summer fans and winter thermal patches).
Products that have been taken off the shelves of our company are not eligible for return or exchange.

Placing an order is deemed as agreement to the following terms
(1) If the amount meets the requirement, it can be mixed in batches, with no limit on the quantity. Individual products should be ordered in the minimum quantity required online.
(2) Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will try to notify the out-of-stock products by phone. As the profit margin of the products is low, after receiving the goods, we will apply for a refund according to the out-of-stock products noted in the shipping list. No re-shipments will be made.
(3) There may be missed shipments when mixed batches are mixed. If you receive the goods and find that the quantity is less than the order quantity, please contact us in time. The validity period is within 3 days after receiving the goods. No processing will be done after the expiration date. Confirmation

(4) Products without quality issues cannot be returned upon receipt. If there are quality problems, we will bear the return shipping cost. If an exchange is required, the shipping cost will be borne by the individual.
(5) If out of stock requires notification, please note "Out of stock, please notify me!" in the order message.
(6) Regarding express delivery, if there is no note, all will be sent by the default express delivery of our store. If not available, contact the customer to send another express delivery. If you send other express deliveries, you need to pay the price difference.
