Regarding receiving the goods

Regarding shipment

We sell in stock. The delivery time is usually within 48 hours after payment (except for promotions). If you haven't received your goods within 10 days of shipment or have any questions about the products after receiving them, please contact our online customer service in a timely manner!
For customers from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Luzhou and Fujian, the goods usually arrive within about 2 days after shipment
For customers outside Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Luzhou and Fujian, the goods usually arrive within 3 to 4 days. After the goods arrive, the express company will notify you to pick them up.
For customers in remote areas, please be sure to contact our online customer service to make up the difference in shipping fees. If you do not make up the difference, please close the order and the goods will not be dispatched. Thank you for your cooperation!

Regarding returns

We offer a 7-day no-reason return policy. However, you must ensure that the returned item has not been used and does not affect our second sale.
