We are engaged in wholesale and are seeking long-term cooperative clients. If there are any quality issues with the product, please inform us in advance. The handling method is:
1) As it is wholesale, it is impossible to inspect every product. There are more or less defective items among them. If you have received any, please help store them temporarily at your place. When the accumulation reaches more than 10, please return them to us. The shipping cost will be borne by the seller.
2) If the customer receives less than 10 items and requests a return, they can be sent back, but the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. Buyers who cannot accept the above solution, please do not place an order to avoid an unpleasant cooperation between both parties.
3) Especially for customers in remote areas, the shipping cost is high, and the shipping cost for the products to and from may even exceed the value of the items themselves. If you cannot accept the above, please do not place an order. When you choose a supplier, we are also selecting potential customers who are willing to cooperate with us for a long time. Wholesale after-sales rules
1. Fault table replacement processing
If the product is not worn and does not affect its secondary sales, and the orders accumulate to more than 20 within two months, please contact customer service for exchange. The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by us (the seller).
If 20 units are not accumulated, the postage for exchange shall be borne by the buyer. Orders that are over two months old will not be subject to exchange.
In order to enable customers to obtain products with more price advantages, our products are of low value and low profit margin. When the number of watches is small, the shipping cost may be much higher than the profit. We sincerely ask for your understanding.
2. Exchange handling of non-faulty meters
When the product is not a quality issue (including minor flaws) and needs to be exchanged, it can be replaced with the same style in different colors or other styles at the following discount:
For orders placed within one month, a 10% discount on the value of the goods will be charged. The postage for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.
Within two months of the order, the return and exchange postage will be calculated at 20% of the value of the goods, and the buyer shall bear the postage.
For orders within three months, a 30% discount on the value of the goods will be charged. The shipping cost for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.
Orders placed over three months ago will not be subject to after-sales service.
When the number of exchanges exceeds 500, or the number of exchanges exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sales style is a style, no return or exchange will be processed.
Regarding mixed batch
The goods are picked up in a scattered manner, one or two per style. For orders with many styles but small quantities, due to the scattered styles ordered, it takes a lot of time to retrieve the goods. Therefore, if there are any colors that are out of stock, we will increase the quantity of the same style or send other colors of the same style as substitutes for shipment to complete the total number of orders. Please be informed.
If you need to change the Courier for shipment, please inform the customer service at the time of placing the order to modify the remarks. If you do not contact the customer service for remarks or make your own remarks, the goods will be dispatched by the default Courier. Due to the large volume of shipments, orders placed before 16:00 on the same day will be dispatched on the same day if the stock is sufficient. In individual cases of shortage, buyers will be notified in a timely manner or the shipment will be delayed by 1-2 days. Orders placed after 16:00 will all be dispatched the next day.
