2. Yiwu small commodities: You get what you pay for. We hope you can view the product introduction and pictures with an abstract mindset. Products are constantly being improved and upgraded, and some of the product pictures have been processed by graphic designers. If you are looking for a specific product from a particular manufacturer, please contact us for physical confirmation before placing an order.
3. For products with color options to choose from, we will ship them according to the order. For those without color options, they are usually dispatched randomly. Randomness means that we will send them in any color available in our warehouse.
4. Please make full use of the "Leave a Message for Seller" section to note your special requirements. We will try our best to meet the requirements so that the warehouse can also see the remarks and avoid sending the wrong goods or the wrong logistics, etc
Ii. Regarding Shipment
All express deliveries are collected uniformly at 6 p.m. For orders placed before 4 p.m. on the same day, we will try to dispatch them on the same day. For orders that require logistics, if you place an order on the same day and need to ship the next day, under normal circumstances, we will dispatch them within 24 to 48 hours. Our cooperative express delivery companies are Huitong Express and Shentong Express. If you need other express deliveries, please contact our customer service.
Iii. Regarding Logistics
We default to Shentong Express (http://www.sto.cn/) and huitong express. Large items can be sent by logistics. If you have a specific logistics or express service, please contact customer service! Logistics requires self-pickup, and the charging standards of various logistics companies are different. Our estimation is not accurate, so we do not make any valuation and do not bear any logistics costs. We strongly recommend that customers find a dedicated logistics company from Yiwu to the delivery location by themselves. Yiwu is already the most developed logistics center in the country. We hope that customers can provide a logistics company that satisfies them as much as possible. We are not engaged in the logistics industry and do not understand the unwritten rules of logistics. Our experience in logistics matters is only for reference and we do not take responsibility for any "accidents" arising from logistics reasons.

Iv. Regarding returns and exchanges of goods
Within 15 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of receipt on the waybill), if there are any unsold goods, our company will accept returns. Please fill out the after-sales service form and put the return details in the returned goods to facilitate the tracking and timely handling of your returns.
2. Returned goods must be in intact packaging (please bring your own packaging and do not directly paste or write on the original factory outer box of the product). Ensure that the packaging is unsealed, unused and does not affect secondary sales (otherwise, returns or exchanges will not be accepted).
3. We will do our best to meet the customer's requirements for product color or style, but we cannot guarantee 100%. If the color or style does not match, we will not cover the shipping cost.
4. Due to the long processing time for returns and exchanges we offer, we regret that products that have been taken off the shelves of our company cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. For returns without quality issues, our company will offer a 20% discount on refunds. If the goods received by our company are severely damaged, we will provide product pictures to the customer. According to the usable extent of the received products, the after-sales service will negotiate with you for handling. The payment will be transferred back to your Alipay account or to the advance deposit.
Due to the difference in freight charges between Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions, if you need to return or exchange goods, please contact our after-sales customer service first and both parties will negotiate a solution.
