2. All products of our company are packaged in transparent plastic bags, and the marked prices do not come with watch boxes.

3. Our company will be responsible for replacing products with quality issues.

Ii. Regarding Shipment:

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment (delays may occur during holidays). Please do not urge for orders during normal shipping periods. The shipping location is Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. It takes 1-2 days within Guangdong Province. 3 to 5 days outside the province; 5 to 7 days for remote areas; This validity period is for the buyer's reference only and is not a reason for a refund.

Iii. After-sales Service
The warranty period for the products of our factory is one year, starting from the date of purchase of our company's products.

From the date of receipt of the product, if the model, color, style, etc. of the product do not meet the requirements of the customer's order or if there are quality problems, the customer may apply for a return or exchange to our company within one week. The return or exchange of goods must meet the following requirements: (1) The products are sold naked and none of them are worn. If you need a packaging box, please purchase it separately. When the product is returned to our company, please return the packaging together.

3. The following contents are not covered by the warranty, but our company can provide paid maintenance:

(1) Causing damage to the product due to human factors;

(2) Products without a waterproof mark are damaged by water.

(3) The electroplating layer is corroded or worn;

(4) Problems caused by the product being maintained or repaired at other service points.

4. For quality problems that occur during normal wear within the warranty period, customers can contact the relevant personnel of our factory to handle the warranty procedures. The related repair and transportation costs shall be borne by the customers.
