It does not belong to a quality issue
(1) : Color differences in images can occur due to different lighting conditions, different monitors, and batches. This is inevitable. For those with high requirements for color, it is recommended to provide a color card for custom color.
(2) Width error within ±1mm to 1cm is considered a normal error.
(3) Length error, such as about 15 yards for a piece of lace (the length may vary from batch to batch, please refer to the receipt). If the actual length received is only 14-15 yards, it is within the normal range.
(4) : If the order is taken incorrectly, too many times, too few times, or does not match the fabric, the 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy is not supported.
(5) : There will be a slight color difference due to different batches. Some customers bought the first batch to use and then came back after a while. Just then, the first batch was sold out, so we can only ship the second batch. It will be different from the first batch of colored ones, and this situation is inevitable. Returns are not supported in this situation.
(6) : The thickness varies among different batches due to the difference in the original materials. This situation does not fall under quality issues and does not support 7-day no-reason returns or exchanges.
