Return and exchange policy:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues. If the goods have quality problems or are sent wrongly due to our mistake, we will offer you a free exchange (express delivery is required, and the return postage will be borne by the customer, while the sending postage will be covered by us). If you return the goods directly, only the return amount will be accepted, and the postage will not be covered. Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.

You can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods (counting from the date of the signed receipt). Returns received after this period will not be accepted! The returned or exchanged goods must be brand new and unused. They cannot be washed or damaged by human factors. The packaging and original accessories must be kept intact and returned in their original seal. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Otherwise, no handling will be given under any circumstances!
The following situations are not within the scope of quality issue replacement:
1. Odor issue.(Some fabrics may have some odors after special treatment.) Some warehouses have an unpleasant smell.
2. The wire ends were not cleaned up properly or there were some loose or pressed wires in certain areas
3. Slight dirt on light-colored fabrics (which may be brought along during the production and sales process
4. The quality of the fabric or its transparency, etc. (There is no standard. It's a matter of personal feeling and expectation, so there cannot be a standard or definition. Please understand.)
5. Used and washed goods cannot be exchanged
6. Items sent back without contacting us and informing us of the reasons for return or exchange will not be processed.
7. A serious reminder: Goods without quality issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, those with quality problems can be returned.
8. Regarding printing issues, some cases of smudging and uneven printing patterns occur during mass production and printing, which are normal phenomena and will not be treated as quality problems.
9. For bags with edge oil, if the edge oil partially peels off, the printing (erasability) will not be treated as a quality issue.
