Customer Notice
1. Can I choose the color? How do you arrange the goods?
Shipping Statement: Dear customer, you can place an order and leave a message asking for a color. We will prioritize shipping according to your requirements. If there is a shortage of colors, our customer service will contact you. If you have no special requirements, we usually ship in uniform color combinations.
1. Printed towels: Our printed towels come in a variety of patterns. The patterns for shipment are random and cannot be selected. However, all our prints are beautiful and popular patterns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
Customers who require individual packaging need to inform the customer service (an additional packaging fee will be charged). Some products will come with matching packaging bags or wrapping paper as gifts.
Ii. Regarding Transportation:
If the preferential conditions are not met, the freight shall be borne by the customer. If the preferential conditions are met, the freight shall be borne in accordance with the preferential conditions. For customers who choose logistics, they can pick up the goods and pay the freight. The mode of transportation is as follows:
1. Express delivery: Our store encourages wholesalers to use express delivery for transportation. The freight needs to be paid in advance, and the cash on delivery fee is twice the advance payment.
a) The delivery time is relatively fast. Generally, it takes 2 to 3 days to arrive in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, 3 to 5 days in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai area, and about 5 days in other regions after dispatch.
b) It can be tracked online. Just enter the name of the express delivery on Baidu and then the tracking number to track it online.
c) Lost items can be claimed.
2. Deppon Logistics
For customized customers and corporate clients, Deppon Logistics is a good choice. It offers guaranteed delivery time, online tracking, claim compensation for lost items, and the logistics fee can be paid upon delivery, with the same price as paying in advance.
3. Local logistics company: Our store can use a local logistics company. You need to pick up the goods yourself, and the freight is relatively cheaper
For prices, please contact the store owner. In some areas, there are additional charges such as transfer fees and landing fees. Logistics fees need to be paid in advance.
Iii. What if there are quality issues? What is the definition of quality issues?
1) Quality issues:
A. There are obvious holes in the towel
B. The towel has obvious loose threads
C. There is a lot of oil stains on the towel
Apart from the above-mentioned reasons which are quality issues, any other problems except for the return (with the shipping cost covered by the manufacturer) do not fall under quality issues. The freight shall be paid by the buyer.
4. The dimensions, weights, etc. indicated in the attributes are all average values. They are manually cut, so errors are inevitable! The error range is 8%. Due to issues from different batches, there may be slight deviations in the size, weight and color of the towels, with an error range of 8%.
Note: Due to the factory's direct wholesale, the goods are snapped up very quickly. We do not guarantee any selected styles or colors, including confirming the available styles with customer service. Occasionally, two or three styles may be out of stock. If they are out of stock, we will contact the customer to exchange for other styles. During peak season, some orders may be delayed by two to three days for shipment. Generally, during peak season, the goods are dispatched within about 72 hours!
