When the goods arrive at the logistics station in the customer's city for pick-up, the buyer is requested to check that the packaging of the goods is intact before signing for it. If there is any damage, please do not sign for it and contact us in a timely manner.

(If damage is found after the customer signs for the goods, the freight company will not compensate.) Therefore, when receiving the goods, buyers must be cautious and carefully check that the goods are in good condition before signing.

◆ Transportation time: The delivery time may vary depending on the buyer's location, transportation requirements and the logistics company. We do not make a commitment on the transportation time. In case of festivals, rain, snow, fog and other conditions, the logistics transportation may be delayed. The delivery time is beyond our control. Please understand.

◆ Payment transaction process using Alipay: 1. Select the goods →2. Confirm the order information →3. Select the payment method and make the payment →4. Receive the goods and inspect them to satisfaction →5. Confirm the receipt of goods →6. Transaction completed.

Payment method: The buyer first selects a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) and makes the payment to Alipay. Alipay guarantees the safety of the payment. After the buyer receives the goods and confirms them, the payment will be made to the supplier via Alipay. If the goods are not received within the prescribed time limit or do not meet the requirements, the buyer can apply for a refund to protect their own rights and interests.
