2. Regarding size
Due to different manual measurement methods, knitted fabrics have a certain degree of elasticity. An error of 1 to 3cm is within the normal range. The data is for reference only. The actual product shall prevail. Those who are concerned should purchase with caution!
3. Regarding color
All the products in our store are photographed in real life. The colors have been professionally calibrated and are as close as possible to the tiled pictures of the real objects. There may be slight differences in color contrast and color temperature due to computer monitors. Those who mind should be cautious when shooting!
4. Regarding drop shipping
Our store supports drop shipping (please contact customer service for review and confirmation). If you act as an agent for drop shipping, you can enjoy a 7-day no-reason return policy. Except for damage, any after-sales issues caused by subjective factors are not our responsibility [such as: clothes not liked, not suitable, color difference, size mismatch, imagination gap, etc.]. The round-trip shipping cost for returns and exchanges must be borne by the buyer. If the clothes are damaged, our store will cover the shipping cost. However, the buyer should advance the payment first. After receiving the clothes and confirming the quality issue, we will add the shipping fee to the buyer's account. The postage is charged to the buyer according to our shipping fee standard. Due to accounting issues, all postage collected on delivery will be refused!
5. Regarding after-sales service
Retail customers do not support no-reason returns. They enjoy a 7-day exchange service, can exchange for other styles or colors of the same price, and the shipping cost is borne by the buyer. Wholesale is not supported by returns. A 15-day exchange is supported. One-third of the order quantity (total quantity) can be exchanged for other styles or colors of the same price. [Products taken off the shelves are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and each order can only be exchanged once.] If the customer receives goods with quality issues (such as dislike, unsuitability, color difference, inaccurate size, unsalable, etc., which are not quality problems), please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods for registration and handling, and provide clear photos of the problem! After the goods are verified to have quality issues upon receipt, our store will bear the shipping cost for the exchange. The postage will be borne according to the store's standard freight template. For other issues, the exchange freight will be borne by the buyer.
6. Regarding shipment
The goods will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment. If they are out of stock, we will make up for them as soon as possible. For individual items that are out of stock due to inventory reasons, we will leave a message or contact you by phone in a timely manner to explain the situation. By default, ZTO Express is used. If you need to place an order with another Courier service, please contact customer service. If necessary, you need to pay the price difference. Sf Express only accepts delivery and payment. During the event period, free shipping is available but designated Courier services are not supported.
