1. Is it retail? Can it be mixed in batches?
All batches can be mixed at will throughout the venue. Due to the customer's demand for samples, no purchase quantity limit has been set.
2. Regarding quality:
All the treasures in our store are produced by ourselves. In terms of product quality, for those who are encountering it for the first time, we suggest conducting a sample test first to familiarize themselves with the positioning, and then placing a large order.
3. Regarding product prices and free shipping:

For small quantity orders: If the quantity of a single style and single color is less than 100 pieces each time, the actual price on Alibaba (commonly known as "price" in our company) will be used.
Bulk purchase: If the quantity of a single item in a single color is 100 or more, you can enjoy a more favorable price. However, the shipping cost is at your own expense, and you will not be eligible for any Alibaba promotional offers at the same time
6. Sample
Samples up to 5 are provided free of charge (except for some products), and the shipping fee is to be paid on delivery by SF Express. You can leave a message to explain within 5 samples. For more samples, you can place an order directly in the store. It's not that our company is stingy with samples. Customers with long-term good cooperation usually receive new products automatically pushed in a timely manner. The threshold setting here is mainly to identify the customer's purpose. Please understand.
Sample fees will be refunded and wholesalers will be supported to take samples for free. Customers can directly purchase the products as samples. If the total number of products purchased reaches 500 (100 locks), the sample fee for the corresponding products will be refunded.
4. Can the ready-made items on the website be OEM customized?
Sure. If the packaging is blank or of the general type, there will be no additional charges. If the customer needs to specify a trademark, the packaging consumables (outer bag, inner box, outer case, etc.) will be provided by the customer and can be sent to our factory by express delivery.
5. Production cycle of out-of-stock products:
The production cycle is generally 10 to 20 days.
For regular styles, the production cycle will be within 10 days or even shorter.
Unconventional styles have a relatively large cycle fluctuation. (If your order quantity is sufficient to initiate production, it can be done within the normal cycle. However, if your order quantity is too low to initiate production independently, you need to wait for others' orders to be consolidated. The time for consolidation is subject to negotiation. Generally, for external orders, this is preferred.)
6. Regarding out-of-stock:
Our inventory is usually quite sufficient. However, we are wholesales both online and offline, and we operate under a mixed business model of domestic and foreign sales. Sometimes, when the order volume from customers is large, we may run out of stock. Inventory is dynamic and changes rapidly. If you are worried about instability and have a favorite item that you want to sell for a long time, it is recommended that you stock up more!
7. Express delivery
By default, it will be sent by Best Express. If you need other express services such as Shentong Express or Best Express, please contact customer service to make up the difference in freight charges. (It is recommended not to change the express company. Our products are made of metal and the freight charges may be much higher than your expectations.)
How many days does it take to reach XX location: Generally, it takes 2 days for goods to arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Customers can directly see the update of the express delivery information in the purchase order.

Sf Express Note: If the customer requests to change to SF Express, we assume that the customer selects "SF Express Special Offer" (the shipping cost for metal products is too high). Even so, in most cases, the shipping cost is still about twice as high as our default Best Express (only estimated). If the customer requests to change, they must have an expectation of the shipping cost themselves. Sf Express has the same shipping fee as cash on delivery. Therefore, for the sake of table disclosure, we have chosen to change the shipping fee to zero and the customer will pay on delivery. We assume that our customers are experienced wholesalers in the industry who have a clear understanding of their requirements. 8. Logistics and Freight:
If you think the express delivery fee is too high, you can choose to send it by freight logistics. All freight logistics items are paid on delivery and we do not charge any transportation fees. After the goods arrive at the destination, the logistics company will notify you to bring the consignee's ID card to pick up the goods. You should pay the freight to the logistics company when picking up the goods. Due to the different charging standards of each logistics company, the distance of the region, and the fact that some places do not have direct delivery and require transfer, etc., we are unable to provide you with an exact figure. The actual charges of the logistics company shall prevail. Formal logistics can be checked online, but the freight charges are a bit higher than those of ordinary freight. For regular freight transportation, you can only make a phone call to inquire. The delivery time is about 3 to 8 days, depending on the distance.
(Note: If you choose a regular logistics service, you can claim compensation from the logistics company if your package is lost. 9. Delivery time:
Orders are generally dispatched within 72 hours after payment. Under normal circumstances, they are sent out the next day and usually do not exceed three days. If there is any shortage of stock, our customer service will notify you in time. In case of special circumstances, large order volume or too many varieties, the shipping time may be adjusted. 10. Regarding returns and exchanges:
If you are concerned about the product quality (which is actually a positioning issue), please take a sample first and then confirm the purchase to avoid disputes due to the product not being suitable for return. For non-quality issues and non-custom-made items, returns and exchanges can be negotiated. The round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
For quality issues, free returns and exchanges are supported within 7 days, and the shipping cost will be borne by us.
The scope of quality issues: damaged goods, wrong shipments (color, style, size), missed shipments, etc., which make the goods unsalable. When applying for returns or exchanges, please be sure to take photos first and then contact our customer service staff to negotiate and handle the situation.
Non-quality issues: Minor color differences due to batch variations and minor defects that do not affect overall usage.
Most of the color differences come from the different display parameters of their respective computers and mobile phones. On each product detail page, our principle for creating images is to take pictures of the actual product without changing its appearance through PS. However, we have no control over your monitor.
11. List of goods attached:
By default, we do not carry the list with the goods. If you need it (such as a list or a separate receipt, etc.), please communicate with our customer service and clearly state your detailed requirements in the buyer's remarks section.
12. Price changes:
Our pricing does not leave any room for marketing. We always increase the price based on the production cost. Therefore, once the material price fluctuates, our selling price may fluctuate accordingly - the price may rise or fall. Customers can check the spot prices of metal materials on major exchanges by themselves.
13. Customer's own pricing
Our company does not set a selling price for customers (whether for retail or other purposes, it is determined by your own positioning).
