Before placing an order for the item, please contact me first to confirm if it is in stock to avoid any delays caused by out-of-stock situations. However, it is usually available. After the buyer makes the payment, if there are any products in stock in the store, they can be dispatched within one day. However, there may be special reasons. For instance, if the delivery is delayed, the customer will be notified.
2. All goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. We do not accept payment after delivery! Welcome to use Alipay! Our store sells at the actual price. No bargaining is accepted!
3. Due to the process of displaying, taking photos and creating images, there may be slight color deviations in the product! The color is subject to the actual item!
4. Please complete the transaction within 5 days after placing the order.
5. Regarding returns and exchanges: All products sold in our store are not eligible for returns but can be exchanged. In case of dissatisfaction, dislike or other reasons, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange. Please contact and exchange within 2 days after receiving the goods. Applications received after this period will not be processed.
6. Regarding fragile items: The goods must be received in person by the recipient. After inspection and confirmation, sign for receipt. If there are any defects or damages, the recipient can refuse to sign and return the goods directly. We support returns and a full refund of postage (only for ZTO Express; other express services do not refund postage, but the buyer is responsible for it).
